This was a fun morning. I found an Argiope but with only minimal stabalimenta. Here she is in the ventral presentation

She climbed and hid on the top of a leaf.

I walked away to give her time to move back to her web and saw this leaf hopper

This time when I disturbed her web, she hid under the same leaf

Now a surprise. I found this small Nephila with a large collection of what appears to be dinners above her

I disturbed her web and instead of racing for the periphery, she curled up like a piece of debris
